Opearting with honesty , cultivating with commitment

          20 years ago,bided farewell to the school life, I Embraced a heart of  "Industry serve the country” to join the and

established the enterprise. My choice was considered to be “Heterogeneous”, when my schoolmates went  to work in the

Party and the Government.

         The times produce their heroes. Meantime, the spring tide of market economy is sprouting , with the unlimited

business opportunities, A large number of entrepreneurs stands out. I feel so excited when I was one of them, once I written

the book<<Hero to be entrepreneurs>> ,seeming to praise the people, but in fact it was self-encouragement.

         Everything comes and goes in the past 20 years. Former stars fallen or dimed, the new stars come on stage. The

tragedy and comedy of “the prosperity is very quickly and overwhelming , the demise is very rapid and sudden,” is on show

again and again. Since established Jiahui in 2006, the feeling that the hero may not be able to the entrepreneurs is very

strong.

         No businessman trades without fraud, which is misread over millennia. In fact, the real businessman has two kinds of

qualities: one is honest, the other is commitment. Treating with honesty and sincere, which will attrcats more talents and

work with solidarity, much interest will be. Do anything with commitment and say it will do,  the much trust we give, the much

wealth we will get . A just cause enjoys abundant support and everything goes well.

         There is an old saying: To give before you get, a good cooperation and business that is not the “Zero Sum” game at

all:one side wins, the other side must failed; which is the value exchange, benefit-sharing and mutual benefits. Only in this

way, the business can be prospering and have a long history.

         With the accelerating process of globalization, the improvement of the "BRIC" as the representative of emerging

economies country’s urbanization and modernization pace , the appearance of  the energy and basic raw material as the

representative of the scarcity of bulk commodities .  In view of this, Jiahui Group start with the bulk trade, collecting the

channel and terminal, entering to the raw material area of minerals etc, then permeating research and manufacture. And

then to open the two pulse of financial and information ,we will create industrial clusters based on supply and demand

chain, to realize the ideal of industry to serve the country finally.

          All of this will be able to reach the ideal of the other side only by action.
